OVERSEAS MISSIONS Crosslinks For many years now as a Church we have actively and prayerfully supported the worldwide work of Crosslinks. Formerly known as The Bible Churchmen's Missionary Society founded in 1922. Throughout November there are a number of events to celebrate its 90th Anniversary. We continue to pray for
Mathews Kide, Elias Nvoju, John Mapunda and for Furaha our more recent missionary partners. Now that Matthews has completed his studies we have recently started to Partner Nerena Neathercoat who is working in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. Nerena is involved with teaching the Bible to students at the local universities by helping with the women's work and weekly talks, Bible studies and Sunday services. Each Wednesday, a local training course is run for all across the region interested in learning and teaching God's Word and she helps with the women's work at this. Nerena is an Associate Mission Partner. We hope to have Nerena with us on Sunday 14th July whilst she is back in the UK. Be sure to come along and meet her at our morning worship and over lunch when she will be telling us about her work whilst we shall be sampling food from around the world!!
